In this offer, a senior officer from SYNCHRO will visit the site, advise the owner, obtain digital photographs, prepare a detaild writeup and advertise in www.synchrohomes.lk for a period of 12 months in a professional way.

*If we visit the site the advertising rates are as follows

1)Colombo District - Rs. 6,000/- (US$. 60/-) Including Traveling

2)Other Districts - Rs. 6,000/- (US$. 60/-) + Traveling

The fee to be paid in advance at our office or deposited in our Bank Account or at the site when we visit

Products
We undertake to advertise and sell new or hardly used, imported or locally produced, Electrical, Electronic, Ornamental, Stationary, Machinery, Hardware, Tools and Building material mainly related to the construction industry

The advertiser has to bring the samples and keep with us up to 20Kgs. items. We will not keep in our store any item above 20Kgs. but undertake to advertise and sell.

Advertising fee for Products
a) Items below 20Kgs. - Free advertising
b) Items above 20Kgs. - Free advertising if the photographs and the details are sent via email or brought to our company.
c) For any Item - If we have to visit the owner's place - Rs. 2,500/- per item + traveling charges. Any additional item if covered on the same trip 5% of the value will be charged per additional item.
